Producer Snezana van Houwelingen participated in the European Work in Progress 2020, where she presented the feature film DARKLING. The project won the ARRI Media award, which includes a 5000euros award for post-production services for color grading.
The EWIP co-production market lasted two days, from 5th until the 7th of October 2020 in Cologne, and is intended for producers and distributors of high-quality European and German films in production or post-production, which have the crossover potential for markets. It brings together world distributors and representatives of TV broadcasters, which enables insight into selected video materials of selected projects.
The film DARKLING is currently in post-production, and was developed as a co-production between Serbia, Greece, Denmark, Italy and Bulgaria. It is supported, among others, by the MEDIA fund and Eurimages fund. It was directed and written by Dušan Milić. Serbian production companies are This and That Productions, Film Deluxe International and Firefly Productions.
